All the flavors of tradition
Chef Alario's menu is presented in the Italian style, in four stages. Starters are followed by a pasta or rice dish, then meat and fish before ending with a tasty sweet touch. Here, Italian tradition meets Provençal cuisine as you will find to start this feast the beautiful asparagus of our region which will introduce perfectly the inevitable small stuffed Tropezian and then a saddle of lamb. Not to mention a selection of farm cheeses sweetened with a gourmet fig jam.

Isoletta's menu also invites you to make beautiful discoveries. Let yourself be carried away by the iodized flavors of the Gambero rosso, where coral, caviar, avocado and wasabi are combined in perfect balance. As for the desserts, the choice will be delicate between the Pavlova and its strawberry soup, the soft Carrot Cake with subtle notes of ginger and the Amarena combining chocolate and cherry?
