For a lunch amidst the fragrant freshness of a Mediterranean garden, you can choose our Bistr'O, always overseen by our chef Philippe Colinet. At the Bistr'O you choose a starter, main dish and dessert, all included from €39. The whole menu is designed to allow you to discover local ingredients transformed into superb dishes by our chef’s knowledge and skill. The result is a light and tasty Mediterranean cuisine, with fabulous flavours such as those found in the fillet of bass with yellow courgettes, or locally caught fresh lobster. With a peaceful atmosphere that is elegant yet relaxed, the Bistr'O offers you a moment suspended in time, far from the hustle and bustle of the heart of the resort... The most epicurean among you will be seduced by our special caviar menu and discover flavours that you will not find anywhere else ... such as the delicious red mullet, Arborio risotto with Parmesan cheese, emulsion of rock fish, pressed caviar and boutargue ... gastronomic pleasure is guaranteed!

A must-see: the Voiles de Saint-Tropez

Born of a challenge between friends, the Voiles de Saint-Tropez is an annual regatta that has become, over the course of 30 years, an essential event for Tropéziennes and visitors to the resort alike. The original idea, still current, was to involve all sorts of craft, from racy modern sailing yachts to elegant classics, in competition amidst the enchanting setting of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. With aperitifs, dances, pétanque competitions and more, the whole resort falls in with the rhythm of the regattas and the events organised on the harbour and in legendary locations such as the Place des Lices. It’s also the perfect opportunity to savour, from September 30th to October 8th, the loveliness of the late season on the French Riviera!
