People come from all over to the Bastide de Saint-Tropez simply to taste the inspired and creative cuisine of our accomplished chef, Philippe Colinet. Since 2014, when he first came to us, Philippe has made the Bastide a model of excellence in the field of fine dining. At the restaurant l'Olivier, culinary creativity is king and the level of inventiveness a thing of wonder.

Philippe Colinet never ceases in his quest to bring his customers flavours that are amazing,  varied and sure to delight lovers who have chosen to discover the special Valentine's Day menu of the Bastide. Original and mostly based on local produce and ingredients, our five-course menu will not fail to surprise you with alluring combinations that breathe the air of Provence. The ‘earth flavours’ mix with the ‘sea flavours’ to satisfy the most demanding palates. The Saint-Jacques scallops served in a red shell as a ‘love apple’ complement the Landes duck foie gras confit with black olives and capers. The artichoke, flagship of Provence produce, is also on the menu, as is Limousin veal accompanied by celery root. To end on a sweet note, our chef offers his chocolate dessert with ‘Rouge Amour’ nuggets ... So many flavours to tempt you, leaving no choice but to succumb to the infinite pleasures of gastronomic ecstasy...
