Philippe Colinet, chef of the Michelin starred Olivier restaurant here at the Bastide de Saint-Tropez, is once again delighting his guests with a menu combining traditional ingredients sourced from the Saint-Tropez region with his usual original and innovative touch. A la carte, these are classic revisited dishes such as a sublime foie gras with strawberry pulp or the local chapon de pêche with aniseed juice. For a shared experience with your table, choose the menu ‘Entre terre et mer’ (Between Land and Sea), which celebrates the unexpected and subtle combination of langoustine and white truffle shared among four dishes, followed by a dessert.

Of the current crop, the team of the Bastide de Saint-Tropez has a particular fondness for Szczesny Sculptures 2016-2017 at the Citadelle and the Georges Braque exhibition at the Musée de l'Annonciade. A wealth of creative works can also be found in the town’s numerous art galleries. Finally, the famous Place des Lices welcomes the Salon of Antiques and Contemporary Art from August 15th to September 3rd. A great opportunity to hang out in the heart of Saint-Tropez.

A time to celebrate your idols

Our beautiful seaside resort celebrates one of its icons with the fascinating exhibition Brigitte Bardot; A Myth of Saint-Tropez, at the Musée de la Gendarmerie from February 1st, 2017 to January 15th, 2018. Music is also on the agenda, with concerts by Michel Fugain, IAM, Sting, Benjamin Biolay, and classical performances during the Festival d'Automne. This festival, which takes place in the enchanting setting of the Théâtre de la Renaissance on the Place des Lices, will be held from September 16th to October 24th.
