A truly cosmopolitan experience, our Exotic combines a generous dash of amber rum with the sweetness of passionfruit and the richness of cream. A hint of lime balances the alluring whole. The Fraise Melba also mixes influences by combining vodka, strawberries, lime and coconut. Also discover our Bastide Spritz, a personal interpretation of the trendy cocktail. Based on the much-loved traditional Torpez blanc de blanc, it adds the tangy flavours of grapefruit and bergamot. And, finally, our Swimming Pool is an ode to Italy with a beautiful combination of Italicus, prosecco, watermelon and ginger beer…
