In our little corner of paradise nestled between the Mediterranean and Provence, we continue to cultivate our skills, knowledge and experience at the Bastide de Saint-Tropez. This diligence has been rewarded for the tenth consecutive year with our membership of the Relais & Châteaux network and our Michelin star. Prestigious indicators of our passion and commitment!
The Relais & Châteaux spirit
Relais & Châteaux, an international network of individually owned high-end hotels and restaurants, doesn’t only highlight luxury and comfort. This organisation also favours a certain concept of hospitality that is at once friendly and elegant and offers a real sense of service. These are values that we strive to live up to every day at the Bastide de Saint-Tropez. Our garden of a thousand scents, an ideal location on the periphery of the resort, and facilities such as the heated swimming pool contribute to the gentle, welcoming and serene ambiance that we are delighted to offer our guests throughout the year.
A recognition of the talents of our chef Philippe Colinet
This year, our restaurant L'Olivier has retained its Michelin Guide star. The kindness and professionalism of our team and the setting contribute to this recognition, of course, but it’s the skill and inspiration of our chef Philippe Colinet that justify it. Every day, he displays a creativity with fresh and local produce and ingredients that combines traditional Provencal recipes and international inspirations. You can taste his cuisine in our gourmet restaurant L'Olivier or in the Bistr'o, which offers a very generous ‘terroir’ version.
Romantic, peaceful, refined; there’s no shortage of adjectives to describe the Bastide de Saint-Tropez but it’s undoubtedly all our qualities together that have earned us our Relais & Châteaux membership and helped us to retain our Michelin star. However, our overriding passion is our relationship with our guests and the warm hospitality that we hope will make your stay truly unforgettable.
