ARMEN: all the passions of Saint-Tropez

It's all in the name! ARMEN refers to the famous Brittany lighthouse that has offered solace to sailors, but it’s also a contraction of ARt, MEr (sea) and Neige (snow). The ARMEN Festival takes place as much in the port’s exhibition halls as on the waves of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and the ski slopes of Isola 2000, one of the closest winter sports resorts to the port. The festival, organised by the Société Nautique, takes place over ten days. The two weekends are devoted to sailing regattas and the Friday to ski competitions. And, to add to the challenge, each crew must produce a work of art on a particular theme...
